The Rock is finally a superhero or at least a human with superpowers.

Because you'll see right away in the first trailer for Black Adam that this isn't your normal superhero film.

Johnson was set to make his DC debut as Black Adam in 2019's "Shazam," but his involvement was shelved when the spinoff for his character was approved in 2017.

Black Adam, directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, is set to hit theatres on October 21.

You'll see the guy in black, as well as a bevvy of other heroes, in this first teaser trailer.

The Justice Society of America, a legendary group comparable to the Justice League, will also be featured in the film.

Hawkman (Aldis Hodge), Cyclone (Quintessa Swindell), and Doctor Fate (Pierce Brosnan) are among the superhero cast members.

DC Entertainment, New Line Cinema, Warner Bros., Flynn Picture Company, and Seven Bucks Productions are behind "Black Adam."
