For the Fourth of July, Google's updated and battery-operated Nest Doorbell is gaining a new feature.
For a limited time, it’s getting a few new ringtones to celebrate the holiday.
The Nest Doorbell is adding exclusive July 4th ringtone, which are only available for a short period of time. The ringtones are only accessible until July 7
"God Bless America," "The Star-Spangled Banner," and a ringtone that sounds like fireworks are among the three new ringtones.
For users of the new Nest Doorbell, you may change to the July 4th ringtones by visiting the Doorbell's settings in the Google Home app and doing so from there.
The original wired Nest Hello no longer receives new ringtones from Google.
Along with this July 4th sound, Google is adding other festive ringtones to its new battery-operated Nest Doorbell.
This year, a new Nest Doorbell that is entirely wired will be released to replace the Nest Hello, providing functionality for round-the-clock video recording.
