At the age of 53, Anne Heche passed away.

She was an actress most known for her work in the serial opera Another World and movies like Donnie Brasco, Psycho, and Six Days, Seven Nights.

Following Anne Heche's passing, "Godfather" actor Robert De Niro is recalling her as a "wonderful actress".

The two-time Academy Award winner actor remarked, "The dreadful news of Anne Heche's passing makes me very sad.

I genuinely enjoyed working with her in "Wag the Dog" since she was such a fantastic actress.

Heche suffered severe burns in a horrific car accident on August 5 and passed just a week later.

The actress is brain dead, which is the legal definition of death in California, even if her heart is still beating.
